U.S. customs clearance · U.S. drayage

The meter starts the moment it lands.

Demurrage bills by the day. Per diem bills by the day. Our job is simple: clear it, pull it, and deliver it before the last free day runs out.

The numbers we watch

24h

ISF filing window

Filed 24 hours before vessel loading. Miss it and penalties start at $5,000.

4

free days at the terminal

Most terminals give four calendar days. Day five, demurrage starts stacking per container, per day.

7501

CBP entry summary

One wrong HTS digit means back duty at best, exam and penalties at worst.

Two lines of work

Clear it, then get it where it belongs

U.S. customs clearance

ISF through release, handled in-house. Nothing gets handed off.

  • ISF 10+2 filed within the 24-hour window
  • CBP 7501 entry summary prepared and filed, HTS classification reviewed
  • Duty and antidumping exposure calculated before you import
  • CET and MET exam response, release followed through
  • Customs bonds arranged: single entry and continuous
  • Partner government agency filings: FDA, FCC, EPA

U.S. trucking

Pull, deliver, return the empty. One carrier, start to finish.

  • Port drayage across major West and East Coast gateways
  • Amazon FBA delivery with ISA appointments booked
  • 3PL and private warehouse delivery, unloading included
  • Chassis arranged, per diem actively managed
  • Overweight and hazmat container lanes
  • GPS milestones reported, exceptions flagged before you ask

Why work with us

No magic in this business. Just not dropping the ball.

One container, one owner

Not sales to brokerage to dispatch. The same person owns your container from arrival to signed POD, and picks up the phone when something breaks.

We work backward from the deadline

We do not wait for the terminal to tell us. Once the ETA is firm we back out every milestone: ISF, entry, pickup — so the box moves before free time ends.

Costs quoted up front

Duty, terminal fees, drayage, appointment charges. You get real numbers before the goods ship. No low quote followed by surprises.

Staffed on both ends

Shenzhen handles factories and forwarders in Chinese. The U.S. side handles CBP and the carriers. The time zone is not an excuse.

About

Yimi Supply Chain

Shenzhen Yimi Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. works one trade lane: China to the United States. We handle U.S. import clearance and U.S. domestic trucking. We do not try to cover every country and every commodity — we go deep on this one route.

Our Shenzhen team handles day-to-day contact with factories, forwarders and exporters. The U.S. side handles customs filing, terminal coordination and truck dispatch. Both ends run on the same system and the same schedule.

We work with exporters selling into the U.S. market, forwarders who need a clearance channel they can rely on, and brands running their own overseas warehouses.
